Not exactly sure what you are looking for but here is an organization http://apps.floridahousing.org/StandAlone/FHFC_ECM/AppPage_S… that administers the FLHOP program for first time buyers. The FLHOP provides a means for the $8,000 tax credit to be used as a downpayment. Local phone number is 904-255-8216. Hope it helps.
