Jumbo loans are difficult to find in this market, but I have a "go to mortgage broker" to recommend. Give Florence a call at 321-246-7009. She is a straight shooter and will tell you if its possible or not in your area.

I do not know of anyone allowing only 10% down for a true jumbo loan. There could be some other options depending on where the property is located.

In Orange county the Jumbo limit is Still $417,000, but in other counties both the FHA and Conventional limits could be higher than $417,000. In those places, you might be able to find a 90% loan, but outside of those areas, JUmbo financing is limited to 80% max and even as low as 70% with some lenders.
