Does a 10 day rate lock include weekends or is it business days?

Locks are always calendar days. If a lock ends on a weekend it will typically expire on the following Monday.

It will be calendar days. When you are ready to purchase a property your option days and any other days will also be calendar days.

A 10 day lock includes weekends also.

It includes weekends, as I just found out yesterday from my realtor.
