Recommend to contact FHA for their guidelines. Therefore the information is correct about the mortgage broker operations.

If I were you, I would call the Denver Homeownership Office and ask. It's probably a gray area.

Not sure of the guidlines regarding that. Are they making income from this credit repair business? I advise my clients on how to repare credit, in conjuction with my credit company (no cost service). If they are making income it might be a conflict of interest.
