The best solutions would be the Fannie Mae My Community Home Loan and the Freddie Mac Home Possible program. You can still get 100% financing with lower credit scores. The only kicker would be that you have to go full doc.

There are still several products available in the sub prime world. JPMorgan chase still offers mortgages to borrowers with credit scores of 500 and above. Depending on the credit situation we offer 100% financing as well as products for self employed borrowers. Chase also offers loans to first time home buyers, debt consolidation loans and rate and term refinances. If you have a specific question regarding sub Prime mortgages I would be happy to assist you further . Tue Sep 25 2007, 12:23
