There are a number of factors that should play into your choice of mortgages:
1)How long do you plan to live in this condo?
2) What is your history of home ownership? Have you always lived in a home less than 3 years? Do you tend to refinance often?
3)What is your tolerance for risk? If you take an adjustable rate mortgage, will you worry about the eventual rate adjustment?

choosing a mortgage can be very trying these days. For someone with perfect credit and excellent down payment or reserves the banks are at your mercy. I suggest getting quotes and good faith estimates from 3 strong lenders and doing a side by side comparison. I would be happy to offer you a estimate from Wells Fargo if you are interested.
