Kent mentioned me below. I put a link to a presentation packet that we have used with listing agents; we are working on updating it, but you will get the idea of our concept. Our group adds the element of a design center for the potential borrowers to pick out the renovation items. The contact info for our contractor and design center are on the last page. If you are already working with a lender, these guys can still do the work....we just tried to put together a complete package for agents and borrowers.
If you have listings that need the 203k, we will come out and provide computer generated drawings based on the work to be completed. We find that it helps borrowers visualize the final product.

George - I know that Tom Heath of Consolidated Lending (and incoming President of Southern Arizona Mortgage Lenders - SAMLA) has already been coordinating with some contractors to put together 203k packages for homes that need some work done - you might call him first.
