Sándor Lau, Both Buyer and Seller in Eugene, OR

Can anyone point me to a local bank or other lender who does portfolio financing on residential or commercial properties in Tucson and/or Phoenix?

I'm an investor coming to look at properties in the area in January. Looking for mobile home parks and apartment buildings (including duplex, triplex, fourplex).

Steffy, thanks for such a quick answer. I called Daniel and he was very responsive. I sense you're more of a consumer/residential realtor based on your website. Can you recommend a realtor who specializes in working with investors?

Hi Sandor:

I am going to point the finger at myself and Gencor Mortgage. Our Commercial Lending Division does a wide range of portfolio lending through a wide array of lenders here in Arizona (some national, also), so you get a One-Stop lending experience. Our rates and fees are competitive, as we look for the long-term relationship.

As for the apartment buildings, up to a four-plex it is considered a residential property (vs. commercial), and we do those all day long.
