Frustrating isn't it! Ed, there are so many variables involved and each insurance company may change it's underwriting criteria or rates at any time that you must be very specific as to the property that they may insure. If you know the exact property you can get quotes on the property. Caveat: get at least three!

I would say your best bet is to consult an insurance company in Crystal River. Here is the number for Allstate 352-382-4400. Here is the number for Fero & Sons 352-746-5580. Here is a third number for Heritage Insurance 352-563-0991. Good Luck!
