Yes, you possible can. I can not give a definative answer until I take an application and run it thru the DU automated underwriting system.

FIRST ANSWER

Under the current guidlines with Fannie and Freddie you can but we have to see what lenders adhere to when they start accepting the program in early April. Feel free to contact me as I have some more information that would be relevant to you and we can see what you qualify for.
