Are there any lenders that still do manual underwriting? We would like to buy but have no credit

We spoke with a few lenders who have said that without a credit score we cannot get approved for an FHA? Is this true, I really don't want to take out credit cards

You can do a no-score loan with the USDA if the property you are looking to purchase is in what's considered a "rural area".

There are manual underwriting programs through FHA available. If you need help with your financing situation, feel free to drop me a line. I'd love to help you out.
