When you plug in that search, follow these instructions:
1.) Choose "Pre HRAP/DELRAP" (2nd option)
2.) Leave sorting by "Condo Name
3.) Choose your state
4.) LEAVE BLANK!!!! The way HUD saves the names is often spelled just slightly different
5.) Plug in City
6.) Plug in Zip if you know what Zip you want.
7.) Change status to "All". This is because you want to see the "pending" projects too.
After that, hit "Send" and search through the list by name.
There are quite a few buildings in the Bronx that are FHA approved including Parkchester. The board in Parkchester is flexible and not as strict as most boards in the City. Your income limit is within the range of the Board's income ratio depending on the number of bedroom you are looking to purchase.
I would be happy to discuss some options available to you. Good luck.
