Are there DPA programs for pre established mobile homes?
I'm a single mom of 3 & i just got my credit to a score that allows me to buy a home. I'm planning on purchasing a 4/2 DBL wide on an acre but i don't have the funds for a down payment or closing costs & my family can't afford to give me a "gift". what kind of DPA programs are out there for me?

If you are a first time homebuyer, you can use a portion of the $8000 tax credit as a downpayment. If you are working with a mortgage company, ask them about it. If not, feel free to call me and I'll be happy to refer you to one.
