Taxes and insurance are not typically calculated in the mortgage payment you see online. There are going to be way too many variables on a property to calculate it correctly.

Generally when you use a mortgage calculator online the taxes and insurance are NOT included. You can estimate the monthly cost of the property taxes and insurance by looking up the current year's property tax and dividing it by 12 months and do the same for an estimated year of home owners insurance. Then add these monthly figures to the monthly payment for the house. For houses located in Brazos County you can look up the current tax bill at

Whether taxes and insurance are added to your monthly payment depends on the type loan you get for the property. Normally your monthly payment will include the property taxes and the homeowner insurance. What type property and loan are you hoping to find?
