Tim and I (Nancy Schmidt) use Premier Finance Company that is located behind Premier West Bank on 7th Street in N. GP. Since we specialize in mobile & manufactured home, this is a very important question. We've tried other finance companies etc. and Russ & Dinnylynn are the BEST at Premier!

I'm in the Roseburg area. But I got my mortgage for a 1973 single wide on 1/6 acre through Diversified Mortgage here in Roseburg. I make my payments to Premier Finance company. I know they have an office in Medford, thats where I mail my payments.
