Anyone have clients that used Amerisave for their financing?
Hey guys...have any of you had clients that financed through Amerisave? I came across them quite by accident, but their rates are impressive, and they are registered with the BBB, which I take as a positive. Thing is, I'm trying to get my Mom into new digs, and would really like her to have a super smooth experience with her lender. Any feedback any of you have is much appreciated...I just want to make sure I'm not hooking her up with the next East-West, if you get my drift!
I don't have anything negative to say about Amerisave. They give you choices on rate/fee packages. You might want to take a hard look at the fee's. I compete for business often with Amerisave. The fee's being charged are really high for the different rate/fee combos.
