It depends on each Veteran's situation (timing of obtaining forms), and how organized you, and your loan officer are. I'm currenlty working on several loans for Veterans (VA & CalVET) and each will be completed in its own time frame. I had a great expierence with Cal-Vet. They closed in thirty days no problem. I felt they were protecting the vet . Gene

They publish that it takes 45 business days to close. That equals almost 60 calendar days. I have yet to see one close within that time frame.
