I totally agreed with the last agent. The other agents who automatically called for sueing and contacting the board of realtors or some other authorization is a little jumping the gun. More than likely they are not property managers themselves. No one right now knows all the facts other than money was spent. If the money was spent towards the rental property in question then there should be no talk of sueing or contacting anyone else at this point. The property manager is obligated to maintain a property per their agreement. If the owner really doesn't like the management company, then she should ask to be released from the agreement since she has stated that she has lodged this complaint before. Most property managers would rather let the owner find another property manager that fits her tastes than deal with an agrivated owner every month, most agents don't find $80.00 a month worth the fight.
