I would call my husband who is a Charter Fisherman with a PhD His networking would fill you in and the suggestion to call the Saquatucket Harbor Master is paramount. Mike's number is 508-432-1696. I am a broker for Kinin Grover at 508-432-8800 Mary Andolina
Wanted to add.....that it also depends what kind of tuna fishing you want to do.
The closest place to really good tuna fishing is Truro, Wellfleet and Provincetown. Between access to Cape Cod Bay and Stellwagen Bank they are the closest to really good fishing. After that, Chatham. Out of Chatham; off Crab Ledge, the BC buoy, etc is good.
Good Luck!

I would go to HYANNIS Harbor and there is a fishing boat that takes people out TUNA fishing off of Martha's Vineyard. Tuna's are really big out there! We can sell you a great home to stay in while fishing off the coast of Cape Cod. Talk later, Sue Brown
Go to Saquetucket Harbor in Harwich Port - Talk to Harbormaster Tommy Leach - several of my friends tuna fish out of there. Happy fishing!
You must go to Chatham where open deep waters is just 39 miles south....land the big one from the Yankee Clipper out of Harwich too......
hello Ed, I hope you are having a great day. A few good places to start are the following web sites: http://www.offshorepursuits.com or http://www.massbayguides.com or http://www.actionsportfishingoncapecod.com/. Another idea would be to contact the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce at http://www.capecodchamber.org/ or their toll free phone number is 888-332-2732. Best of luck and happy fishing! My best, John Allaire
