FIRST ANSWER

Hi Frances. Sorry for such a slow answer, I just signed up on Truila and saw your question had not been answered. I searched the internet and found a website for the Tucson Celtic Festival http://(www.tucsoncelticfestival.org/). The website is still showing the information for the November 2006 festival but I did see they hold it the first weekend of November every year. On the website is a contact page which gives a lot of names with phone numbers and email addresses so you could easily contact them directly. I hope this answered your questions and please let me know if there is anything else you need!
