I ALWAYS upload my own listings. Trulia syndicates from my Point2 website, Century 21, and Century 21 Goodyear Green. Thus, I technically have two profiles on Trulia. Go figure!?!?
The goal is to "beat" the syndications & upload your own. I usually copy back from my listing, since MLS only allows 250 characters. I upload one picture & link back to my website for all other pictures &/or virtual tours.
Thus, I would suggest deleting all the old listings & reloading them all. It is time consuming, but if you want the quality & detail we all advertise in our listing appointments, you have to manually load them all! Thus, since I am out of Norman, I have to input Norman MLS, OKC MLS, craigslist, Backpage, Trulia, Zillow, AND Realtor.com enhanced ... to get the quality I require and our client's deserve! When your listings are syndicated on Trulia with other company or office listings, you may not be able to edit the information. For example, some of my listings say "Century 21.com", or "Century 21 Goodyear Green.com". I can not edit those listings, except for photos or open houses. However, if I "beat" the syndication and input the new listing myself, I can go back and edit at any time. Sounds like you are doing a price reduction and want it to settled on all sites immediately. Once the "national" or office listing gets syndicated with its corrections, it should correct on Trulia. This usually takes about 3-4 days to "filter down."
If the above is not the case, you may just need to send Trulia a note and tell them of the "bug." They usually reply within 48 hours. Best of Luck!... more
Click on My Trulia (top right corner of page, highlighted in Blue), click on My Listings. The next page that pops up will have two options... under "Don't see your listing?" choose or click "submit listings" From there just fill out the appropriate things, first about your Trulia account and then about your listing.... if you scroll down once you start inputting you listing information you will see the option to upload photos. You can either upload directly from your computer or paste a link to your photos from another location.
Hope I didn't confuse you!... more
