Anything please and I also have two pets, one is deaf cat and other is my service dog poodle, he is very trainable, both do not have a single flies on them.. Many rental companies/landlords will overlook bad credit if you can prove you have an income to support the rental price. Make sure you disclose your credit in the beginning BEFORE you spend money on a credit check. If they sound like they may not be favorable to your credit situation, you may want to go to another property....

Another suggestion is to go out there and meet some agents in your area. It's highly likely that there are agents that like to work with investors or know about distressed properties that aren't currently on the market. Interview the agents, see you feel comfortable with.
