There is a huge opportunity for agents to increase business by marketing to FSBO prospects...problem is they typically go in with guns blazing making all kind of promises. The problem is credibility and confidence that what you're being told is accurate. Helping the prospect without making the hard sales pitch will have a much greater effect and be remembered longer - especially as the FSBO talks with their friends.
