Dear Home Buyer,
University Road is a cut through road in the development - not a highway busy road however the Jr. High school is on Norton Ave and University Road is used by the school buses weekdays.
Please reach out to me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on this development or others in the area.... more
East Brunswick the train is 10 minutes by car. South Brunswick, about 15 - 20 minutes..
These are two totally different commutes to the train, from South Brunswick it is up Route 1, more traffic.
East Brunswick a different path.. both can get congested. East Brunswick the bus commute is great. I used to do it myself., fast and comfortable.. you can also get into New Brunswick for the Train commute.
It now depends on what you are looking for in a town you want to live in, schools, close proximity to NYC and Staten Island / Brooklyn... South Brunswick is further away from NY the East Brunswick.
I work in both area's email me and I can help yopu find a home, I know the commute and I live in East Brunswick, So I have first hand knowledge of the area.
