all doors and trim painted white but we do plan to sell in the next couple of years. Should i leave it natural or paint to my taste. i believe white will brighten the home and the painted doors will help the small-ish rooms to seem less chopped up visually. thanks!

Since it is a matter of taste, this is difficult to answer without actually seeing your home. I'm often in Winchester and would be happy to swing by.

That said, if you're still planning to live in the home, by all means paint it to your taste. White is not particularly so obscure that it would "characterize" your house.

Now ... if you were thinking of painting it sparkling purple or something ... perhaps you might want to get a second opinion ... :-)

Did I mention that I do business in Winchester?

Best of luck!
