You might need to show supporting documentation that you paid it off make sure you have a receipt or satisfaction letter or anything that can prove it was paid. I suggest you contact an attorney for this.
The Broker of record has to authorize the third party syndication. If the Broker has that they may feed to Trulia or other sites. I find that often times these types of feeds are not coming directly from the MLS so the information is inaccurate and slow, if at all to appear on Trulia.
If the Broker doesn't automatically feed to the site, the agent can post provided their Broker and/or Seller doesn't have restrictions on that posting.... more
