FIRST ANSWER

Pulling from the MLS for sold lots start with the
low at $45,000
High $ 410,000
Median $ 155,000
Average $ 173,000

There were 9 lots sold so far this year under $100,000. Most of these lots are in shallow coves, etc.
We have several lake home developmients with restrictions and these lots bring higher prices, due to amenities that are offered, golf, pool, tennis , etc.
You can still buy some houses on Lake Greenwood in non restricted areas for reasonable prices.
