Seeking speakers for upcoming CRS 2008 meetiings in Northern California. Suggestions from Realtors?

We've had David Knox, Ed Hatch, Chris Byrd in the past plus many other CRS senior speakers Any knew ones you've seen on the circuit which really got you motivated? Gave you some big ideas? I am on the Speaker Committee for next year and would like to get some suggestions. Thanks!!

Jackie Leavenworth is simply amazing. While she is a CRS Instructor, she's also an amazing speaker. The Tennessee Association of REALTORS had her at the Destin, FL conference and you couldn't get to her afterwards, she was so good. I can honestly say, I've never met nor heard such a down-to-earth speaker who is as nice on stage as off.

How about Joe Stumpf from By Referral Only. He is a very dynamic speaker and has been in the business for years.

Although I am not a realtor, I am a registered architect, and I give a seminar on Building Department and Planning Department approval processes. I have given the seminar to Paragon Realty and Coldwell to very positive reception. This is stuff that is directed at helping agents who have clients that want to do work or additions to their properties. VERY important for a buyer (and his/her agent) to understand what is actually involved, and how long it might take. I'd be happy to give the seminar to your group if you like. Check out my website athttp:// www.group41inc.com Thanks.

I just went to a 3 hour seminar in my area with Walter Sanford. I got more out of that 3 hours than I have in many 3 day seminars, He is a wealth of information- and it is useful information. I bought some of his products and have been putting it to work already!

He had a great presence and delivery- thoroughly enjoyable as well as educational. He comes from a real estate background, which always makes me feel like MAYBE they know what the heck they are talking about!

Mike....

He is not a Realtor, but I hear Chris Garner is inspirational. A group just came back from the Buffini retreat in San Diego and they were raving about him. My guess is we couldn't afford him!

Another would be the former CEO from Alain Pinel, can' remember her name but she lives in Monte Sereno and may have spoke to our group before. I can get her name or we could ask Pat or Mr. Tessaro.

Richard Flint or Dave Beason are also good speakers.

I nominate Deborah Madey.

There is an absolute wealth of terrific speakers right here.

Don't pass up this opportunity.

David Knox is great but I don't see him on Trulia. Does he practice what he preaches?

Just food for thought.
