FIRST ANSWER
Of course there is a market for good homes priced right. They will sell in less than 30 days. An overpriced listing will sit on the market and lose value each day. The market has three types of buyers, serious,investor and players The Serious Buyers are looking for a good value. Investors are looking for a great deal. Players want to lowball every offer regardless of the value. Hope this helps.
