Curb Appeal in Chicago>Question Details

Kate, Real Estate Pro in Lake Forest, IL

I have a Curb Appeal service for the northern suburbs of Chicago and don't know the best way to reach potential clients. Any suggestions?

The service provides recommendations (and color chips) on exterior colors, architectural details, a landscape design to enhance the house, and accessories to increase the appeal. Can turn an average house into something special, raise value and increase foot traffic.

Kate,

Have you tried looking up the best listing agents in your area and marketing to them? If they are impressed by your work then they could recommend your services to clients that they have.

Obviously you would want agents that mainly deal with Sellers. You could always market yourself as an "Exterior Stager" to listing agents.

Hope that helps,

Go into local real estate offices with flyers. Buy advertisement on real estate websites. Try and partner with some agents. When you do a job, ask if you can put a sign out front, and if they allow you to, give them like a 10% discount. Just some ideas I thought of. Best of luck!
