The lake is great for fishing and skiing, there are schools within walking distance, parks, zoo and community events. Home prices are in the mid $200,000 to over $500,000. Lake Clarke Shores is a really good neigborhood. I grew up there and still own several rentals in LCS. It is a quiet neighborhood that is close to I95 and Forest Hill Blvd. They have a dock for residents to access the lakes.

As a former resident of the area I say yes it is. Lake Clarke Shores is a quiet and scenic bedoom community. I still have relatives living there and I still enjoy visiting the area. Good luck.
