Actually as an agent we must disclose everything we know, about a property... SO , If a home was robbed it must be disclosed to the buyer... the best bet would be to check Los Angeles cities website and they have a place where you can stick in an address and you can find out resent crime reports... Also, you must check Megan's Law... before removing the contingencies, we just cannot give 3rd party information. so LACITY.ORG.
