Hi Rosie,

As Skip stated, an open container refers to an open alcoholic beverage. Some parks allow consumption of alcoholic beverages and some do not. More do not allow it.

Also, this listing has been on the market for 107 days which is based on price. The average sold price for downtown between 850 sf and 1,100 sf is $443,773 at an average of 981 sf at 47 days on market. We have a lot of experience in the downtown market if we can ever assist you with questions.

Know that one key element to look out for downtown is the HOA fee. It can vary from $250/month to $1,200/month.

Best of luck with what ever you are seeking,

For the most part the answers you've received are good and accurate. However, many if not most public parks will and do allow alcoholic beverages to be consumed if you pull the required permits and provide a liability insurance policy which is usually a minimum of a 1 million dollar premium what can cost a few hundred dollars depending on the type of activity and the insurance company binding the policy.

Carrying an open container of alcohol or drinking alcohol is prohibited in that park.
