FIRST ANSWER
When it comes to the excitement of crime in the Sunset, this is a very boring place. Of course every neighborhood has its issues and so does the Sunset. This area is very family friendly, with very decent parking allotments, good parks and recreation and near the beach. Overall a great neighborhood. Excellent location too if you work on the peninsula.
