Great question! You can check the crime data on a website called http://www.crimereports.com. This site allows you to enter in an address and you can see all the crimes reported within the area.

Hi, you can visit http://www.HomeFair.com for in-depth crime stats and area demographics, click on the city reports section. Another option is to visit http://www.SpotCrime.com or call the local police dept.

As a realtor, by Federal law we can't give you our opinion. But I can help you answer your question. To access crime maps for all of Central Arizona, please go to http://centralazhomes.com/az-home-buyer-resources/phoenix-ne…

Please call with any questions.

Also, Trulia, Zillow, Yahoo and other national sites are frequently out of date and over half of their listings are no longer available. Please use http://www.CentralAZHomes.com to search. This site is updated hourly and you can stay on top of what is really available.

Hello!
"High crime" is a relative term, so as Realtors we really cannot answer that question.
However, I can give you the link to a website that can help you make that determination.
Just drop me an email at Eileen.Shapiro@Nextagerp.com
and I will send it to you.
