Why Kyle?

Is there a particular thing about Kyle that interests you?

Is 100% Financing and $0 down the best way to go for you?

What are you really lookng for?

What are your options?

My suggestion would be to find yourself an agent/broker that works the Hays county area to get a better feel for the county in general and what is has to offer. Additionally I would suggest working with a local lender that's going to be honest and upfront with you.

If you would like help please feel free to visit my website and contact me for a no obligation visit.

Dear Krystal,
The city of Kyle is booming. There are several buildiers working in the area. Huitron Homes just bought the last sixteen lots in the Four Seasons community. They build lovely homes with lots of upgrades. The lots in Kyle are typically not too large, around .20 of an acre and the construction is pretty good. KB is building a few communites, and their homes are now a much higher quality than in past years. They are currently winning national awards for being a responsible green builder. The Plum Creek neighborhood is also growing. This neighborhood has a high number of homes for rent in the $900-1400 range. I would be happy to take you to see any homes in or around Kyle.
Sincerely,
Betina

Hi Krystal,

Kyle, Texas is expected to be one of the fastest growing cities in Texas over the next 2 years. Kyle is relatively small now but by development of the 900,000 sq foot retail complex at Kyle Parkway is scheduled to be completed by Fall 2009. This retail center will also house the new Seton Hospital. Across the highway from this development is the relatively new HEB Plus which is HEB's version of the superstore. Another new complex that includes a multi-plex movie theatre is to be scheduled to be built just south of HEB Plus.

Homes in Kyle are still very agressively priced. HH which is the MLS code for the Kyle and Buda area is one of the best selling areas in the MLS. There is a great deal of new construction in Kyle as well which is a plus considering the incentives that often come with new construction.

I hope I answered your at least some of your questions regarding Kyle. I sell quite a bit there so please feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

Hi Krystal,
I know you are not asking a question, so hopefully I can help with this response. Kyle is a great city to look at buying in. It is still a relatively small city with Family attributes, but is growing too. This is good because it will help home values in the future. There is a new hospital going in the area, plus it is not far from Austin (15mins) or San Marcos (15mins).

Kyle is a suburb city outside of Austin aka "the boonies". It's got inexpensive houses, a large jail and lots of college students. Expect a single stop light and 2 retaurants. It has great bbq...
