Hello Sabrina,
As a Realtor in the south end for the past 18+ years, I can tell you that when buying a home, it is best to search out some homes with your Realtor and find one you like, then drive the neighborhood. If everything comes together for you, then contact the local police department and ask for a crime report for the area. They can give you the most up-to-date information, and help put those stats into perspective. Mon Mar 3 2008, 12:33 Web Reference: http://www.HomesOfWashington.com
