i need to know the truth. i'm in love with a house in Winslow (in stone hollow, specifically). help?
can anyone tell me how the area is? is it crime ridden? i know the school system isn't the best, but i'm not having any kids myself, so it's not a concern except for resale. i teach at a school in the area and want to be close to work.
i am already working with a realtor, i just need to know if i'll regret moving into that area. i appreciate any advice!

Prior to purchasing, my suggestion would be to drive the neighborhood both day and night. This will give you a good indication of how you feel about the area. If you have concerns about crime, contact the local police department. They will be able to give you some detailed information on the neighborhood and surrounding area. Your Real Estate agent should be able to assist you with your questions about resale value.
