The best resource for this information is the local police department or county sheriff's department. They have access to the most current and accurate information and are generally very willing to be helpful.

Good luck

From what I read in the newspaper, Richmond is a pretty lawless area. It is in the top 10 most violent cities in the US. The murder rate is 5X the national average, and the robbery rate is 4X. I wouldnt recommend moving here if you dont have to, although Im sure there are small pockets some might consider safe, but you will still have the robbery and personal theft to deal with, even if the violent crimes are less of a threat, but this is common most places in CoCo County.

Hi Clipboarder, you should really check with the local police and sheriffs departments for Richmond/Marina zone for this data. They will have the most accurate information. A realtor can't really give you a fully "legal" opinion on this issue for a variety of reasons related to real estate laws and professional liability.
