Good morning Bill,

As a Realtor, we are not allowed to go into detail(s) regaring Crime Rates. Just like we are not suppose to practice "Steering" and other practices regarding telling a client what area of town or neighborhood they should live in.

Please find the link below to Tucson TPD and another for all of Tucson in regards to Crime Rates. Please remember, these are only the crimes that are reported.

As a Realtor, I am not allowed to make comments about Crime Rates. I suggest you call TPD for inquires, or check out this web site for any inquires about Tucson Crime Rates.

The best person to ask this kind of question, would be to the law enforcement. They can tell you more especially if you have a specific topic you might want to ask.

When it comes to any safety/crime related issues, it's always best to contact the local police department with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand. If unfamiliar with the area(s) do revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors. Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase/rent, or not, in specific neighborhoods.
