There is a very low crime rate in Palm Coast. Check with the sheriffs dept. as advised. I've lived here in Flagler County for 31 years, after moving from Miami, one big crime area now, when I grew up there it wasn't that way. When I moved here with ITT, the developer of Palm Coast, in 1977 you just about knew everyone you met and pretty much a lot of that hasn't changed. If I can help you find a home, I will be happy to show you around and the prices of homes are really great. I'm a past president of the Chamber of Commerce and one of the top realtors in the area for the last 8 years, see my profile. Linda Kasper

Good Morning, Fortunately here in Palm Coast we experience very little crime. You can visit the sheriff's' site and the information is posted there. Also the county site at is a helpful site for what is going on in Palm Coast and Flagler Beach.

Please call 386-627-1448 or email and I will be glad to discuss with you the Palm Coast real estate market. This area is rich in lifestyle choices for a homeowner, ocean beaches, intracoastal waterway, saltwater and freshwater canals, golf course, tennis. And with a population of approximately 70,000 and growing, we are small enough to not experience crowds and congestion and large enough to have shopping and consumer amenities that make life comfortable here.
Current market trends have made this an area of exception 'buying power' for the new homeowner.
