Hello, the Methuen Police Dept is very accommodating and kind to work with. They would be able to pull data for you at the tip of their fingers, and get you concrete answers regarding crime rates.

Our standard Realtor answer is that we need to ask you to consult with the local police or some other online tool because we are not allowed to steer people in and out of different areas. I can tell you that I live right down the street and in my 37+ years here in Methuen we have never personally had any major issues. There was a small rash of burglaries about a year or two ago. Crimes like that can happen anywhere though. In my opinion it is all about protecting yourself by taking precautions like locking your doors and consider a security system. Burglaries often happen in more upscale neighborhoods. These homes are located right on the golf course and they have a wonderful view from the top of the hill especially at sunset.

Hello, There are a few resources online you can check out.

Here are two links that may help http://www.crimemapping.com/map.aspx and
http://www.city-data.com/crime/crime-Methuen-Massachusetts.html

The Methuen police officers are pretty excellent about helping citizens. I would also suggest that you contact them directly. You can follow them on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/MethuenPolice

Also keep in mind you can google a street address for lots of different types of information on the location.

Hope this helps!

The Reserve is an excellent option if you are looking for a more luxurious feel under $550K.

I would suggest contacting your local police department. They should have this information for you. Realtors don't have access to this information.
