Great question!

This is something that is not required to be disclosed UNLESS someone asks. If asked, the seller is required to answer to the best of their knowledge.

There are several other issues which aren't required to be disclosed unless specifically asked about, and your real estate agent should be able to assist you in those matters.

Given that this house is not for sale, it may be difficult to discover an accurate answer. The advice to check online data is good.

Lots of luck in your search!

Good afternoon, i have no idea but check http://www.spotcrime.com it may help you if it was a crime such as a shooting etc. if its for sale you can call the listing agent and ask. Take care.

That's not typically something that a seller is required to disclose or anything so it's really hard if not impossible to know. Sorry! Perhaps try a google search?
