A lot of young professionals are moving there. Keep in mind, it is in downtown Dallas, and, as a big city goes, you have to take that into consideration. If you were relocating from another big city near or in their downtown area, it would be the same. Now, having said that, there is so much to do there. The "Southside" as it is now called is very up and coming with some neat restaurants, bars, etc. They are revitalizing the entire area; and giving big tax incentives to builders and businesses to bring them into the neighborhood.

Those are wonderful properties, I have not heard any the property that were negative only positive comments, I liked Naima comments stop by and talk with the residence see what they have to say. IF we can assist you contact my office.

I guess it depends on what your definition of safe is.... The apts themselves are nice, but the area surrounding the farmers market can be tough.

Lots of tenants have pets there... You may want to go by and talk to some actual tenants. They will be unbias in their opinion.
