I am looking to buy a few investment properties at New Brunswick. What are safe areas, and what areas should I avoid?

Hi

I would, for investment, really look into the college ave. section of new brunswick. Great rents and there is always strong demand for tenants. Moreover, as Rutgers is right there, you tend to get higher rents.

Would love the chance to show you a few.
