Tracy, besides the best answer provided by Lani, be sure and knock on a few doors (with a friend) and just chat with the neighbors. Drive through the neighborhood at different hours of the day and check the activity. Good-luck!
to give you more info.....they bought some older apartments and completely flipped them. now they are super nice with hardwoods, granite counters, yards and garages. They are still in the first phase now so I'm thinking of buying but am unsure of the area. It backs up to a nice neighborhood on one side but the streets near me are all renters and looks older/run down. I'm thinking it could be a food move financially if it gets all cleaned up but am also a single female and want to be SAFE! Any suggestions?
