Tough to say....probably need to get your family attorney involved.
Are your personal belongings still in a house you own jointly?

I'm guessing if it is only your name on the mortgage and the deed, then that would be a crime.
If you are both on, probably becomes more grey. Were you living there at the time?
How do you know it was him? Why would a foreclosure make any difference?

If the property is yours he cannot and that has nothing to do with the home being foreclosed on.

If it is YOUR property and he has no rights to it.... then taking it would be theft.

Contact the authorities or a real estate lawyer to discuss the details of your circumstances.

Not knowing your divorce agreement, does your husband have any right to the property....rather than foreclosure, have you considered a short sale....
