Paul Martz, you are asking for crime state for this area. As this area is not specific it has to be taken as all of tampa?

For your information, the City of Tampa has joined with RAIDS to provide an interactive map depicting crimes.

Here is the link: http://www.tampagov.net/dept_Police/information_resources/Cr…

Here is another link: http://www.neighborhoodscout.com/fl/tampa/crime/

To provide you with more specific information, you would have to refine your question.

Paul,

depending where the property is located, I would call one of the following, either the Tampa Policae Department or the Hillsborough County Sherrif's office and ask for the Community Relations Officer. this person can give you all the info you want on crime stats for a particular area and they are very happy to do it.

Hope this helps.

Hi, The information your asking for can be found in one of these two sites. If the property is located in the city of Tampa then: http://raidsonline.com and if the property is in the county then go to: http://www.hcso.tampa.fl.us. Both of these sites are populated by stats submitted by the law enforcement agencies with jurisdiction in the area.

Hi Paul. I have used this website a few times for commercial market analysis. I believe the information is accurate from what I have seen. You can search by city or by zip code.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's website also has a useful crime map.

All the best,
