Death from natural causes (such as old age?)
Accidental?
Murder?
Or are we talking bugs ie roaches, & mice meeting shoe leather?

I undestand the need of people from some eastern cultures to not purchase a home in which a person actually died, but there is no way that tossing this question out to the brokerage community will yield you and answer. Your best bet is to visit the property with the listing agent who has direct access to the owner, and request that this concern be addressed by the owner. ...Oh wait.. this isn't even on the market! Send them a letter or knock on the door. Good luck.

Hello Ioeshar.

To answer a question like that, one must do their own due diligence and the best way is to verify it with the local police department and research the crime statistics in the Baychester Area. Another great tactic, speak to the neighbors. They live in the area and they know what's going on. I added a link below that helps you with this research and tips to follow. Hope it helps. Good luck to you!

Realtor's cannot comment on the "desirability" of an area. You should complete your own due diligence. Speak with residents, check local precincts for crime statistics, etc.

I hope this answered your question! If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me by the ways below.

Wishing you all the best,
