World Golf Village has alot of different subdivisons. Are there any that a potential home buyer should avoid because of crime or criminal activity?

Totally agree with the other answers, you need to contact the experts, the St. Johns County Sheriffs Department. I've sold a number of homes in various developments within World Golf Village and not one customer has mentioned crime when I periodically check in with them.

Kathy,

Questions regarding issues of neighborhood safety are often best referred to the local police or county sheriff's department. They have access to the most current and accurate information and are generally very willing to be helpful.

St Johns County is a very safe place to live. World Golf Village prides itself with having stellar neighborhoods and schools. Visit http://www.sjso.org/index.aspx (St Johns County Sheriff) and under the "Be Informed" tab you can look up crime statistical data for the state. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. I love living and working here.
